A phone number doesn’t really matter, but you can be tracked with a phone number. So while inputting your details, maintain the same phone number you used while getting your card information.
Use a VPN
If you aren’t within the location you got your card, there is no need to worry – because whether Mastercard or Visa, your card number has a unique identifier to show where your card was gotten from. So even if you use a VPN, your card location will still be known.
So if you got your card from the bank in the United states, and you travelled to the UK for holidays and would want to make a purchase, then just input your card details and it will be accepted.

If the site you want to shop without OTP is not strict in its shipping policy, your luck. However, sites with tougher policies can frustrate your shopping online with no OTP.

You wouldn’t need this software – but there are people out there who need it. The aim is to buy and resell to people who actually need the software. I suggest you find a way to buy them and sell them to people interested in the software.
